Brown Rice Salad


50 g Nutty Salad Booster
1 cup brown rice, cooked
2 shallots, sliced
1/2 red capsicum, diced
1 tbsp Lemon, Lime, Blood    
   Orange Macadamia Oil
1 tbsp Apricot finishing vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice


In a large bowl, combine rice, shallots, capsicum and Salad Booster.

Add oil, vinegar, soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir through. Serve.

Enjoy by itself, or serve as as side dish.
