500g green prawns (peeled/deveined)
Italian Arrabiata Macadamia oil
Macadamia Dukkah with a hint of Chilli
Basil Balsamic finishing vinegar
Marinate prawns in a little of the oil. Place in fridge for an hour. Heat dry frying pan. Place marinated prawns in pan, cooking till golden brown. Delaze pan with a splash of vinegar, sprinkle with dukkah. Toss pan to combine. Serve on bed of baby cos leaves
